The Shawnee EDC is excited to announce its Luncheon for EDC Investors and Partners for Q2 2022, which will feature a special presentation on recent and upcoming developments in Downtown Shawnee!
In the last few years, Downtown Shawnee, located around the intersection of Nieman Road and Johnson Drive, has seen a flurry of new projects announced and completed. From mixed-use residential/commercial new construction like the Blume Townhomes, to the rehabilitation of the landmark Shawnee State Bank building into a soon-to-be popular restaurant, and the continued success of the Stag's Creek office complex, Downtown Shawnee has been extremely busy with new many great announcements like this...and those projects are just the tip of the iceberg!
