Paired with Bianca Vigna Prosecco Rosé

Tuscan Salad
mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Granny Smith apples, fresh mozzarella, croutons, and Parmesan tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette

Marinated Lamb Rib
crispy potatoes, asparagus Parmesan, and red wine rosemary demi-glace
