Soon the 2022 Kansas LegislativeSession will kick-off where our elected officials will work in Topeka to tackle a variety of issues through the legislative process. With that, the Shawnee Chamber's Government Affairs Committee is excited to host its traditional Eggs and Issues breakfast featuring Shawnee's Legislative Delegation, including Kansas Representatives Jo Ella Hoye, Susan Ruiz, Cindy Neighbor and Senator Mike Thompson.
They will speak in a moderated panel setting on the different updates and priorities they have going into the year. Members and attendees will also be able to submit a question for our elected state officials to answer. Plus we'll enjoy a delicious, full breakfast spread from Hereford House.
Join us on Thursday, January 6th morning at 7:30 A.M. at Shawnee Town 1929's Town Hall for this informative breakfast event. Tickets are available now so make sure to register by clicking below to secure your spot. All Shawnee state Representatives and Senators have been invited to participate and we will update this event page with confirmed elected officials who will be joining us!
