Traditional music fills ornate spaces where guests gather for an evening of celebration and chance. Golden dragons and symbols of fortune set the scene for an unforgettable night of connection, entertainment, and possibility.

How can I book a hotel room for the event?
Guests are welcome to use this link to book their stay at the special group rate. Please note that the cut-off date is January 9, 2026. After this date, the special rate will no longer be available.

Where should I park?
Parking is available in the West hotel garage and the Convention Center North lot.

What should I expect?
When you arrive, you will check in at the registration table near the hotel lobby. You will then be transported to a world of Lanterns & Luck where Eastern elegance awaits. We will have a reception from 5:30-6:30, then the ballroom will open, where a Southeast Asian inspired buffet awaits you. After a short program at 7:15, we will begin casino gameplay.

Are there opportunities to make the night more special?
Absolutely! We will have fun, engaging games and a silent auction where you can win wonderful prizes. In addition, the casino gameplay offers a chance to win even more!
