A Community Dialogue on Second Chance Hiring: The Benefits of Supporting Justice-Involved Individuals

The April Business Breakfast brings together community organizations, employers, and advocates to spotlight the powerful impact of second chance hiring. This event is designed to spark meaningful dialogue around the many benefits of supporting justice-involved individuals as they enter or re-enter the workforce. In addition, the event highlights innovative partnerships in second chance hiring, most notably the ongoing partnership between NCircle and JCCC Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WDCE). Together, these organizations are expanding training pathways, strengthening support systems, and helping employers build stronger, more resilient talent pipelines.
