Craig Morris, Managing Attorney from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), travels around the country to educate Americans on trademark. He will share the fundamentals of what you need to know, including: What a trademark is; ow it differs from a domain name or a business name registration; Cease-and-desist letters; Common law rights; How to seek federal registration; What happens after registration; Non-USPTO solicitations; and Avoiding the likelihood of confusion.
